Thai Night Market Dinner

The night begins with Pomelo Punch, a bright welcome drink made with pandan syrup, lychee, mint, and lime juice.  Setting the tone for an evening inspired by Thailands night markets by the water.

The first course is Crispy Pork Salad, wok fried ground pork dressed with chili lime sauce, mint, cilantro, green onions, crispy shallots, and served alongside rice crackers.

Next comes Broccoli Stir Fry, a garlic broccoli stir fry finished with flaked fish, oyster sauce, soy sauce, palm sugar, and chili oil.

For the third course, BBQ Chicken Kebabs consists of tamarind BBQ made with palm sugar, fish sauce, shallots, garlic, and Thai chilies is glazed over boneless chicken wing flats skewered together with cabbage.

The meal is anchored with Shrimp Curry, a shrimp curry with tofu, oyster mushrooms, and fingerling potatoes.

Dessert closes the menu with Mango Sticky Rice with a creamy sweet pandan coconut cream and lime.

Guests will take home a Tom Yum spice pack and recipe - so the dinner doesn’t end when the night does.

The evening begins at 6:30 pm and concludes around 9:30 pm. It is BYOB, adults only, and you can wear what you like. Our server will be there to assist with anything you need and ensure you feel at home. Seats are paid for in full in advance. Tickets are nonrefundable but transferable. Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated.
