Tokyo Underground

This dinner is inspired by a tucked-away izakaya, surrounded by the neon glow of Tokyo.  Cozy inside, and a menu built around rich umami, bright citrus, and sharp flavors.  We start with Ginger Jasmine Tea with toasted coriander honey and winter citrus, then move into Togarashi Hamachi with daikon, orange, green chiles, and black garlic ponzu.  The middle courses lean savory and comforting with Miso Glazed Eggplant over sushi rice and Crispy Pork Butt Bao with pickled cucumber cabbage salad and smoked hoisin.  We finish with Chicken Katsu Ramen, then a bright, creamy Yuzu Vanilla Icebox Cake with a miso cracker crumble.  Guests take home our Togarashi spice pack to keep cooking in that same Tokyo Underground spirit.

The evening begins at 6:30 pm and concludes around 9:30 pm. It is BYOB, adults only, and you can wear what you like. Our server will be there to assist with anything you need and ensure you feel at home. Seats are paid for in full in advance. Tickets are nonrefundable but transferable. Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated.
