Red Velvet French Inspired Dinner

Our Rouge Soirée menu is rooted in deep red tones and the quiet romance of vintage France.

The evening begins with The Green Fairy - a non-alcoholic cocktail made with lemon-fennel cordial, cucumber, and tarragon. It pairs perfectly with the Roasted Beet Salad, featuring goat cheese, radicchio, arugula, candy-fried cashews, and an herby mustard vinaigrette.

From there, the menu deepens: beef tenderloin, rubbed with a black olive and Urfa chile blend, is pounded thin into carpaccio and topped with roasted peppers, pickles, parsley, dill, meyer lemon, and served alongside crispy rice crackers.

Next comes a warm potato leek soup, poured table side over roasted bacon lardons and purple potatoes marinated in scallion oil. As the ingredients swirl together, the soup marbles and harmonizes - finished with crispy potatoes for a fun crunch.

The main course features pan-seared duck breast à l’orange, served atop smoky eggplant purée and braised Beluga lentils, with a shaved fennel and cabbage salad tossed in green harissa. This is where our featured Spice Club blend, French Kiss, comes alive.

To reset the palate, a cranberry sorbet with pomegranate molasses, lemon, and rose provides a sharp, refreshing interlude.

The evening closes with cherry chocolate chip cake, served with vanilla crème anglaise and roasted plums - a warm, nostalgic finish that lingers.

Guests will take home a French Kiss spice pack and recipe - so the dinner doesn’t end when the night does.

The evening begins at 6:30 pm and concludes around 9:30 pm. It is BYOB, adults only, and you can wear what you like. Our server will be there to assist with anything you need and ensure you feel at home. Seats are paid for in full in advance. Tickets are nonrefundable but transferable. Gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated.
